Laurie Carroll of Elsiegirl Designs makes beautiful and whimsical hand-embroidered clothing for babies and grown-ups from her own embroidery designs. Laurie enjoys living in the Northwest; one of her designs even features the French phrase "J'aime la pluie" (I love the rain).

Larissa Friesen of Elaborations has been sewing since she was eleven! She's currently making purses, bibs, and wallets, as well as "yarning things up" — adding decorative yarn embellishments to clothes.
